Return Policy

Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund Policy

Once the product is received by the company successfully, indsen will instantly initiate the refund to your original payment source or chosen method of refund.

Refund & Cancellation (For Service Provider Company)

Due to the nature of services provided, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION requests will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

OR, Customers can cancel the order only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the product(s) have been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the orders. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Indsen ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery time is within 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). For remote areas, products may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and logistics.

Occasionally, there might be unexpected delays in delivery due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. In such cases, we request your cooperation as indsen continues to minimize such occurrences. indsen reserves the right to cancel orders that take longer than usual delivery time or become physically untraceable, and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
